Privacy Policy.
Effective date: June 13, 2026. This policy outlines how OmeraCode processes organization information and guarantees layout isolation.
1. Core Data Philosophy
OmeraCode provides a verified co-design system. We recognize that schematics, component parameters, netlists, and mechanical constraints represent critical proprietary intellectual property. We do not ingest customer data to train public base models, nor do we share design details without explicit customer consent.
2. Information We Collect & Telemetry
When applying for our Diagnostic Pilot program, we collect the contact details you share (email, company name, team size) and high-level descriptions of your EDA stack and target bottlenecks. In local prototyping, this information is held in memory states only. In production environments, it is routed securely through encrypted endpoints.
We employ privacy-safe minimal telemetry to monitor portal health and interactions. Telemetry is strictly limited to whitelisted metadata (e.g., page views, component renders, and success/failure results). We explicitly block and strip all personally identifiable information (PII) including emails, company details, messages, and EDA workflow text before logs are processed. No third-party tracking scripts are loaded.
3. Workspace Isolation
Each tenant operates inside a sandboxed environment. Calculations, footprint databases, check logs, and audit pack exports are constrained within the user's isolated workspace.
4. User Control & Deletion
You can request audit logs or deletion of your workspace details at any time by contacting our security office at security@omeracode.com.
