Terms of Service.
Effective date: June 13, 2026. These terms govern the use of OmeraCode's website and co-design pilot diagnostic programs.
1. Purpose & Pilot Boundaries
OmeraCode provides a web platform and co-design application to assist in hardware design. The suggestions, layout routes, and calculations provided by the system are intended as design proposals for technical discovery and diagnostic purposes.
2. Release & Engineering Liability
The human engineer retains full release authority. Under no circumstances will OmeraCode be held liable for manufacturing errors, physical board defects, electrical failures, signal clearance issues, or regulatory compliance failures on boards fabricated using suggestions from the software.
3. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to your proprietary design files, footprints, and specifications. OmeraCode retains all rights, title, and interest in its mathematical solvers, claims registry, software interfaces, and co-design algorithms.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to bypass calculation bounds, reverse engineer the solver library, or run automated scripts to scrape our documentation or footprint details.
